I was NOT expecting to be that pleased/impressed by this product. When I ordered it, I looked through those reviews and saw a few negative ones, like all products have. I was expecting this to not be revolutionary.Well this is by far the best lip hair removal system I've ever tried.All other methods I tried (wax, epilator...) were very irritating for my skin and sometimes left it injured for days, looking terrible and being painful. This wand does not irritate the skin in any way. It literally just removes the hairs. I had also tried to practice threading, I even bought hair removal thread on Amazon, but I'm not good at it, the thread was hurting the hell out of my fingers and it was very difficult to take the hairs out at all.This wand, I SWEAR, I opened the box, I read the little notice that comes with it, and the FIRST gesture, the FIRST attempt I had with this wand on my upper lip, I removed a ton of hair! It worked IMMEDIATELY, there was no adaptation/learning period, it's ridiculously easy to use and to understand the movement, and it just works like a charm.I removed ALL of my upper lip hairs in probably 5 minutes or less. And when I say ALL, I mean ALL OF THE HAIRS. Even the tiniest thinnest ones. This wand actually grabs those hard-to-get hairs better than any other method I've ever tried. Even better than twizzers (also much faster than twizzers, because twizzers take forever).The process was normally painful, but no more than any of the other methods. It's hair removal, I wasn't expecting it to be completely painless. But if anything it's less painful than most other methods because the skin isn't being irritated by the process.After I'm done plucking my upper lip, generally it's painful and sensitive to the touch for a while. Here, I promise that 2 minutes after I was done, LITERALLY 2 MINUTES, I touched my upper lip to see how it felt, and I was in NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. NO sensitivity AT ALL. It's like I didn't just pluck a ton of hairs out of my skin. This is the first time for me.The innitial, normal redness that comes from the hair removal also disappeared super fast. In maybe 10 minutes my skin was back to it's natural color.This is also super easy to clean as all you need to do is to bend the wand to let the hair fall out, maybe blow on it a little. That's it.I will use this product my whole life. This is amazing.Sorry I didn't think of taking before pictures because I wasn't going to leave a review, but I was so impressed afterward that I decided to leave one. The pictures were taken less than 10 minutes after use.

I was looking for an alternative to using cream products to remove the hairs around my mouth and chin. I could count on break outs or cold sores when I used these chemicals on my face. I tried to keep up with the hairs using tweezers but that was a daunting task and would use creams to help with the extra hairs. I received this product only a couple of days ago and I am so happy and I'm thinking I'll be able to throw away my hair removal creams. This pinches a little and makes my eyes water when used under my nose but the results cannot be compared to the creams or tweezers with the amount of hairs that it removes. I'll admit that I only do a small area at a time because of the little bit of discomfort but it won't deter me from using it a little bit here and there to remove the hairs on my chin and mouth area. Great product, I was hesitant but for the price I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so happy that I did!

Cosmetic tool arrived quickly, had a reusable paper tube to carry in my purse, and unfortunately I was disappointed; while the twice-as-expensive comparison product was simple and highly effective in even the smallest emerging hair removal, this was only effective on longer hair. (I have been using this similar tool for over a year.) The hard ends were easy to grip because of the "nubs" in the plastic, but they are not as comfortable to hold as the other product's easy-to-grip softer ends. Upon close examination, I could see that this product had slighter larger diameter metal coils in the spring, which were not as efficient in gripping the hairs. Tried this tool on the different parts of my face and neck, and it was the same story everywhere.

This is a very fast effective simple easy-to-use hair removal device. However. Side effects include, redness, discomfort, crying for your mother, confessing to crimes you didn't commit, swearing, inventing new swear words, throwing the item, war zone flashbacks, questioning the meaning of life, and little bumps that pop up like a day or two after.

The handles broke in the very first use! I have used a similar product before which lasted for years.

Much to my dismay, over the years my few and far between chin hairs have turned into a noticeable almost beard. Not the most popular look for a nearly 30 year woman.. My skin is extremely sensitive so waxing and creams are not an option for me. Plucking is outrageouly time consuming so I usually opt to shave. Electric razors leave stubble and actual razors can create irritation. It's a lose lose situation.I bought this product on a total whim.. I absolutely stinking love it! If used correctly, it grabs both peach fuzz and coarse hair and pulls out the entire hair. Does it hurt? Well, duh, you're ripping hair out of your face.. But it is certainly less bad than having your eyebrows waxed. If you have even an okay-ish pain tolerance, you can control how many hairs you pull at a time and you can take breaks if it gets to be too much. If, like me, you have a high pain tolerance, you can de-beard in no time.To use, hold a handle in each hand and bend the tool into an upside down U shape. Lightly place the tool against your face and spin the handles to start grabbing hair. If the hair is fine, simply spinning the tool will pull the hair. If the hair is thick/coarse or if you are doing a lot of hair at once, gently pulling the tool in the direction of the hair growth after you have grabbed the hair (just like plucking) will reduce the eye water.Is it a perfect solution? No. Does it get every single hair? No. Does it feel like you are yanking hairs out of your face? Absolutely.. Bottom line, if you have sensitive skin, a lady beard, and don't have thousands of dollars for permanent hair removal.. BUY THIS!
