Great for eczema relief
For a couple of years, I had been suffering with extremely itchy eczema that just seemed to be getting worse and worse. This product is not a cure---but it does provide almost instant relief from itching. The other medication that comes close is aloe vera gel, but I prefer this for eczema. I disagree with the one-star reviews that say it smells bad. The odor is slight and goes away as soon it dries on the skin. The slight odor smells a little bit like oatmeal. That's because it's made from oatmeal. I don't find it to be unpleasant at all. Because the lotion is not oily or greasy, it dries quickly. Best of all, it's otherwise unscented. There are no added perfumes. Although there’s no known cure for eczema, I've been doing some research on the internet for things you can do to try to make it go away. If you're suffering from eczema, I suggest researching the negative effects of consuming acrylamides and the positive effects of consuming more flavanoids. After several weeks of reworking my diet and adding helpful foods and supplements, such as evening primrose oil and green tea, I would say my eczema has been reduced by 80 or 90%. Because I’ve tried so many things at the same time, it’s impossible to say what really helped and what didn’t. Not sure if it will ever completely go away, but this is my go-to product when the itching starts.

Amazing for dry skin!!! See my note about the scent.
3/19/23 Updated review—the scent is actually okay if you shake it up. It didn’t occur to me before, but there was always oil coming out with the lotion. Today I shook it up really well and no more oil comes out and the scent is fine. Nothing amazing that I want to keep sniffing, but not strong and offensive like it was before being shaken up. I changed my rating to 5 stars, at least for dry skin. I’ll update again if my daughter uses it for her eczema. [6/25/23] Forgot to update—daughter still didn’t like scent and refused to use it. Oh well. I still like it. [Original review] I bought this for my daughter for her eczema, but because of the terrible scent, she won’t use it. I can tolerate the scent, but just barely. The other reviews are pretty accurate with their descriptions, so be prepared. Stink aside, it is absolutely the most amazing thing I have ever used for my dry skin. My hands have always been so dry and rough no matter what I do or how much water I drink. I’ve only used this for a few days and I am overjoyed at the improvement. I’ve never had such soft hands, I love it! Now if they could do something about the scent, I would give it 5 stars. I hesitated with 4, because of the scent, but it works too well to give it less. Note: I find that misting some essential oil body spray and rubbing it on my hands after I put the lotion on greatly cuts down on the stink.

This isn’t unscented… it’s “Tortilla” ha! But this stuff works!!
As much as I want to hate this because it smells SO bad, it really helped my skin..quickly! My hands were really dry, red, and cracked from hand washing dishes, and within the first two days of using it, my skin has improved! The smell though….if ya know, ya know….My husband and I were trying to identify the smell, and then it finally came to us. It smells like soft tortillas.. when you get that wiff when you open a fresh bag. 🤢 What I did to help it smell a tad better, was to put 1 drop of essential oil on my hand along with the lotion and rub it in. But it gets tedious. Overall, I’m happy with this product because it seems to help and it does have cleaner ingredients than most the lotion on the shelves nowadays, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase due to the smell.

Great product
Goes on easy, really helps a lot with rashes or just dry skin. Is fragrance free, ingredients are great. It took awhile to get this product so I bought one at Sprouts and gave this one to my husband as I really like it and he does too. I am so sensitive and this product I am able to use. I highly recommend this.

Can't get past the smell...
I bought this lotion because of the great reviews and affordable price. I did see one review about the scent, but I figured it can't be that bad, let's try it. The scent is really weird and I can smell it from a couple feet away after the lotion has been applied. It also doesn't rub in very well, it seems kinda greasy. It is very soothing which I liked, but the main thing is it didn't relieve my symptoms any better than if I'd used a basic genetic lotion. Won't be buying again, but now I have enough stinky lotion to last for years... 😑

Does not help dry bumpy skin at all
First of all, the top of the bottle was cracked/had a cut in it, so when I first started using it a whole bunch came out of the top when I squeezed it. I see that has happened to others as well, so what I figured was just a shipping mistake, seems to be a quality control issue! I had to put tape on the crack for it to come out correctly. It is a very thick cream, no scent at all, and applies like sunscreen. It can be a mess if, like me, you are using it on a very fidgety toddler who's moving all over and getting it on the sheets and couch. If it actually worked for her skin it wouldn't be a big deal, but it just does not work well. In my opinion, this lotion is not worth the price and was not effective for my daughters eczema or dry bumpy skin. Searching for another product that works and arrives without cracks/holes in it!!

Miracle Worker!
ACURE Everyday Eczema Lotion. It’s Vegan, it’s unscented, it’s very soothing, and it works! I have had major sensitive skin issues, especially with my hands. Pretty much all products that I’ve used do not help with my hands, they actually create reactions. I’ve used medicated treatments from Allergist’s and I still have issues. I finally found this lotion. Within 2 days, my hands are feeling and looking so much better. My hands will break out in painful bumps and rash like spots and then the spots will crack and leave painful sores. Literally 2 days using this lotion and my hands are totally on the mend. I’m ordering more now so that I have a back up on hand!

I bought this for my daughter as she suffers from extremely dry hands (not eczema) and as a chef is constantly washing them. She won't consider any product that isn't vegan and cruelty free so her options are limited. This, I'm happy to report, has been a bit of a miracle and she now has much softer, happier hands. It's expensive in my opinion but totally worth it because it made a difference immediately and got better from there.
