No worth the money
I ordered this file March 31,2026. I just used my nail file for a second time and it was past my return window. The hole for the blade will not open. I am extremely disappointed with this product and I would not recommend purchasing it.

Best Investment for nail technician!
This is the best investment if you do nails! Yes it expensive but the job make it easy. The power is exquisite. Battery life is longer than the cheap one. Functionaly perfect!

My favorite E-file ever!
I’ve been using this for a while and it works great for both mobility and just keeping in one spot. I wish the grips on the bottom were stronger so it would stay in place. The dial is easier to turn and the switch easily flips up and down. Sometimes there is a delay when changing directions, but that doesn’t bother me.

Defective tool
Did not work and they would not ship me a replacement right away. Manufacturer wanted me to return for repair! How long will that take on snail mail? Meantime, I have a business to run and this is the most crucial tool I have! Will not use this brand again

Broken after two months
I love love love this efile. I’ve used so many different ones but this file all of a sudden started giving me problems two days ago. The red light would start flashing even though it was fully charged. Now it won’t work at all unless it’s connecting to a power source..which defeats the whole purpose of it being a wireless efile. I’m so disappointed because I only got it in JANUARY of this year. I’ve only used it for two months and it’d already malfunctioning. Very disappointed considering it’s so pricy

Kind of finicky with burrs, but overall does a good job
I'm not a fan of the coiled handpiece cord. Tangled easy, but if your careful it can be avoided. I have so burs that it's finicky with. Probably the size. Overall it does a good job.
