This is the one to buy.
I have a T-Mount mirror lens and wanted to be able to use it with my Nikon Z camera, so I needed a Nikkor Z T-Mount adapter. I originally purchased a Vivitar T-Mount adapter, since they've been around for decades, but it looked like the design had changed. The one I received said Vivitar on the side, but it looked different than the stock image on the website. The fit also had some slop in the mount, which I didn't like. I purchased this Fotasy as a replacement and this one fits as snug as a bug in a rug :) I also like the white alignment indicator on the outside ring, the Vivitar had a red dot on the mount face, not as easy to line up.

Perfect for use on Celestron 8" Edge with T-adaptor
Nice smooth fit on the camera. The M42 side seems smooth too. Very nice! If you have a "Celestron T-adapter for EdgeHD 8" Telescope Model: 93644" you'll get the correct backfocus for your .7x Reducer (105mm) and Prime (133mm). For reference: .7x = 105mm = T-adaptor (50mm) + t-ring adaptor (39) + Z flange distance (16) Prime = 133 = T-adaptor (50) + Celestron extension (29) + t-ring(39) + flange distance (16) = 134 (close enough!) At .7x, it does not work with the Celestron Off axis guider -- this adaptor is too long. You might be able to use the Baeder t-ring which is much smaller, but check your math. At Prime, you can use this with the OAG and a ZWO filter drawer, but you'll need some extensions. Anyway -- this t-ring is great for many setups out of the box, but be sure to check your math.

Works great! No wobble.
I had two T-mount 500mm f/8 reflex lenses set up for my Nikon F mount cameras. I now have a Nikon Z fc and got two TtZ adapters to use the reflex lenses with my Z. The lenses Rokinon and Vivitar lenses both work great! Will save me $250-$500 as I won't need to get the newest Z version reflex lens by Konica. It's a no-Brainer if you have T-mount lenses. Get this adapter and check out your existing T-mount lenses or pick up some used decent lenses cheap. The soft-focus desert rose was shot macro and the burrowing owl was shot aregularly. .

Very solidly built, exactly what you'd hope it to be.
Of course it's T-mount, so no autofocus. (But if you're buying this you're not expecting it anyway!) But it is very solidly built and feels to be of great quality metal. Tolerances are good and tight for mounting with zero wiggle or movement. It can be initially spun and tightened around the inner barrel to adjust your lens to always sit upright, then tightens with an Allen wrench. (also supplied with it) The male camera-mount end is also in very tight tolerance, and feels very sturdy when mounted to the camera (Nikon Z5) with zero movement, wiggle, or roll.
