Had mine delivered today. It's on another level in comparison to my last kitchen knife. Well made, the handle alone looks a lot sturdier than my previous knives. The cutting edge is unbelievable sharp. Worth spending the extra money for a decent kitchen knife. Just to add, I love also the weight.

I absolutely love this knife, it’s so easy to chop my veggies with it. Due to athritic hands prepping was quite painful but this knife is not too heavy or too light as the weight is perfectly balanced for ease of use. It’s extremely sharp as expected and is now my favourite utensil. I would highly recommend.

Good solid knife. Came sharp out of the box. Heavy but with good balance. Handle may feel slightly large for some but this is the style. Will be getting a parring knife at some point for more fine work. Can’t fault the quality - especially for the money

A great knife at a really reasonable price. Bought for my father-in-law and it’s still as sharp today as it was at Christmas. Used probably 3 times a week and honed after use each time. Would buy again for sure!
