I decided to take a gamble on this one as I usually go for a much more expensive OtterBox.I can see how someone who is less careful with their devices would be concerned as the thickness is much less than that of competing companies. I have no problems with this as the phone is typically sitting on my desk at work, or my desk at home. The satin finish on the case has held up well, and I would not have expected it to do so. I typically have issues with similar finishes.Would I buy it for another phone? Maybe.If it was for my phone, yes, without a doubt. For my mother, or grandmother who both abuse their phones no, it would not fit their needs.TLDR; only get this if you already take reasonable care of your electronics.
