This is a must have for your man, a man especially over 50. He feels great!
I bought these for my 52 year old significant other who is not a fan of taking medication and fears the doctor. I noticed some changes with him and his activity levels once he hit 52 so I was able to get him to try a vitamin. He is happy with how they are making him feel. Not too big,easy to swallow. No funny aftertaste. All the right ingredients a man needs. Great value, great quality, great quantity. Easy to add to your routine and it may take a few days but you will feel the difference 😉

A sufficient cost friendly one a day. I can't answer the increase or decrease in energy. I'm allergic. Plus, I've only used them for 5 days. I'm iron deficient & malnourished so I use these to supplement the loss.
