Scottish Camouflage Utility Kilt for Men

Just got this today. My first kilt.I measured near my belly button and got the 38" so I ordered that size. It's a great fit. Very comfortable. The belt loops are appreciated. My belt is surely taking some strain off of the snaps, but it works without it.If you wear pants around your belly, you look like you should be in the '40's or '50's, as that used to be common. The kilt doesn't give that "inflatable pants" look but does give you belly support. Very comfortable and nice. And of course the ventilation is great to keep you cool, "down there." Yea, I do still wear my boxers.The cotton material is very heavy. The camo print exactly matches my Propper Woodland camo hat, makes for a great combination. The straps are indeed real leather. There's no stitching around the edge as in the picture, but that's OK. They look fine. Snaps haven't broken on me, but I've only wore it twice. I'll update this review if they break or if I have other troubles with the materials.I have a minor complaint, not enough to remove a star. The pockets are big enough, but the openings to the pockets are all pretty small, and hard to fit my big hands in, or my pretty normal-sized wallet in the back (inside) pocket. I'd also like the back pocket to be on the left or have two of them, because I keep my wallet on that side when wearing pants. It feel weird to reach for my wallet with my right hand.If they finally make me go back into the office, I'm going to get some solid-color kilts (camo isn't office attire). Shorts aren't allowed, but if the ladies can wear skirts, I can wear a kilt!I'm not sure if washing would be bad for the leather straps, and that's why they say to dry-clean it. But dry-cleaning is probably not going to happen.

Overall, love it. Very comfortable. Took a little time figuring out the leather adjusting straps. Once on and wearing it s like it is not there. And with the 112 degree weather lately in Southern Arizona, it was great to have breeze on the knees and other areas as well. Only one improvement I would suggest is the tack the side pockets down a bit. When things are in the pockets and you go to sit down, I almost sat on my cell phone because it slipped under my thigh.Excellent quality and construction for the money. I am the husband writing about this.

It was a little big even when I adjusted it. And the leather adjustment straps make it difficult to clean at hime with out destroying the leather. It is a great farmer other than that. I wear it a lot and just got a different belt to winch it down. Heavy duty.

Great product. Quality fabric. Well designed. A true man’s utility kilt. Sizing. I’m 5’9. 200. I measured my waist at the bellybutton. 44 inches. I wear a 36 pant. Though I measured 23” for length ( kneeling measuring from knee to bellybutton), only a 24” was offered. NOT a game changer.I wear it mostly doing yard work and playing poker. I will purchase again.

Liked the design. Wanted the "Tactical" Look...Irish style for a party. Others at the party had kilt envy. Button quality is suspect. One of the buttons on the back pocket broke the first time unsnapping. The design is great, material quality is excellent. Even with the button quality issue, I would recommend.

I own a dozen kilts and took a chance on a lower priced one just for banging around in the forest. Much much better than I expected it to be. If you want to try out a kilt you won't go wrong with this one.

Fits like a glove!

Out of the package, this feels like a quality item. Material is heavy, stitching seems solid. I followed the sizing directions and it fits like a glove. Impressed!
