Lab Bulks Essential Oil Peppermint 16 oz Essential Oil

This is strong. Really strong mint smell. I’m probably the only person on my block with no pets. The persistency of this rat is driving me nuts. A little got on my finger opening the bottle and my eyes were burning lol. I hope this works to keep the rodents away. If it burns my eyes a little, I know it has to do something to the rat that refuses to stay away, since their sense of smell is superb! I know it’ll have to bother any rodent coming over here. I love this. I have to get more when I run out. Basement smells nice and minty. :)

Very strong stuff. I sprayed it half strength around tires of vehicles and inside engine compartments, avoiding the manifold areas to repel mice and squirrels. I do this about once or twice a month and it seems to be working and have seen no more evidence of rodents in engine compartment. We live out in the boonies and have mice issues and I have also sprayed it inside the house (inside the walls only ) in areas where mice have tried to chew through drywall and they have vacated that particular area and stopped chewing. I will say though that the peppermint odor is pleasant at first but becomes a little cloying after a while if you aren't that big a fan of peppermint so beware because it will last a few days. Other than that it seems to be affective in deterring rodents from where it is sprayed but needs to be reapplied a couple times a month.

I have never purchased a larger bottle of Essential Oil before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but so far I am extremely pleased. Using it initially as a pest deterrent, as I have a little cubby area next to our attic that I realized some mice had made their way into - and unfortunately further into the cubby is an area that I am unable to reach to seal up properly, so after remedying the situation as best I could - I proceeded to use some of this diluted down with water in a spray bottle and went to town on the area. After cleaning as best I could, and then spraying the cubby with this somewhat liberally, I feel MUCH better now for two reasons. One: I know this is a deterrent to rodents and their sense of smell, so re-misting the area every couple of weeks will be easy to do. So I don't think they will want to come back in through that area. And two: The entire cubby and surrounding area now smell really nice - and just like what I would imagine that Santa's WORKSHOP smells like... Like Peppermint! Makes sense, right? Which to me is a nice win/win situation.

I've been using Lab Bulks Peppermint Essential Oil for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by its strong, clean scent. It works wonders for clearing sinuses and adding a fresh aroma to my diffuser. The oil feels pure and concentrated—just a few drops go a long way.The packaging is simple and functional, though I wish it came with a dropper for easier use. Overall, it's a great value for the price and quality. Would definitely repurchase.

I purchased this peppermint oil to use in a homemade pest deterrent spray for my garden. The bottle came well sealed. It is very strong, and I only needed a small amount to do the job. When I administered the spray in the evening, insects scurried away immediately. I sprayed on my vegetables and surrounding areas. Even heavily diluted, I could smell the peppermint essence for many days after. I have been reapplying weekly, and no creature has nibbled on my squash or tomatoes. This oil works wonders and I cannot wait to come up with other uses for it. Definitely worth the price.

Have purchased twice. This spray is very aromatic . I’d purchased it for a little mice dilemma which in which it worked great Found out it’s excellent safer way to ward off ants and flying insects.

I’ve reordered this peppermint oil a couple of times for its value for the money. I use it straight from the bottle to a hand held sprayer to deter the Norwegian rats coming over from the nearby neighborhood. It works great! Just remember to wash your hands after using it, the oil sticks on the skin and can burn your eyes… done that lol!I’d imagine it’d be great in a defuser, I don’t own one, but maybe I should because it smells so good.

Fast delivery. We use this for various things. I put some in a small spray bottle for use in the bathroom. Also use it to deter spiders by spraying around doors and windows outside. They do not like this and it really works to keep them away. Will order again. Thank you.

It turns out its a cheap variety of peppermint from "cornmint" mixed with "trietlyl citrate", sourced from India.Not as indicated on the Amazon site.
