The item replaced the strut of another make perfectly. Only the strut was used the accessories were not used.

Good quality product for the price
The product arrived on time. Quality feels good. It was easy to install as I already had the pins nailed. I just had to replace the old struts with the new one. The product feels very strong and can take the normal kitchen lift-up doors weight easily.

One lock cap missing
Product is no doubt good and value for money. But, one lock cap is missing in one piece of Support .As ,one of the product is already being used before checking all product properly so it can not be returned.Otherwise , there is no issue found till now .

Wrong weight load supplied.
It's lovely and easy to install and the instructions are easily placed on the plastic cover so it's never lost.However a little bit of your own judgement is required. I ordered a 10kgs gas spring but was supplied a 5kgs one. As I had over compensated on the weight requirement, I have not returned it...... I'm happy with it and the cost was approx the same for both.
