I run a Mr. Gasket vertical gate shifter and this boot fits the hole required to run it.

Description Is Misleading
Description is a little misleading. Says black and I was assuming thats ment the trim piece was black. The pictures look black but you have to really zoom in the see that it is chrome. So I’ll just paint it. I saw a lot of these at a local swap meet for cheaper, but paid the extra because I thought I was getting a black trim ring. I got this for my 65’ buick that I’m swapping a Muncie in. I think I’ll have to mount it on an angle. Won’t know till I get the trans in.

Wasn’t quite the original that my Boss 351 had, but was able to retrofit to make work.

Purchased this to fit under the console of my 67' Camaro. It pretty much stays flush with the top of the console which was what I was looking for. Looks great, works good.

All Of Hurst Products Are Excellent And Last. Unfortunately, This One Was To Small For My Application. I Needed The Larger Boot....

Nice product
The boot is very nice but the metal ring is rather flimsy. It is only single wall without any stiffening geometry and may distort easily while installing it. I will make it work, but if I had to do it all over, I would consider a nicer product.
