Pricey item but a little goes a long way. Delicious in soups, sprinkled on roasted veg , houmus etc full of flavour. Good service

I used it the way Jamie Olivers One Pot Meals suggested. It was fabulous. I'm going to try it with beef next.A high five to the Egyptians.

This is an excellent dukah. It is medium ground, not too coarse and not too fine. The taste is excellent and complex. The initial taste is sesame and pumpkin seeds, next come the spices - coriander, cumin and cinnamon - and finally the heat from the pepper. A very well thought out and balanced combination !.What I particularly like about this brand is the total absence of any salt and sugar. This in no way detracts from the overall flavour and, instead, gives you a healthier dukah straight out of the jar to which you can if you wish add your own salt and sugar.I use it as a rub for chicken (combine the dukah with oil to make a paste, coat chicken and grill). Serve with cous cous. Dead easy and very tasty.Top marks for this one Go Spice. Top marks !.

Dukkuh is supposed to have nuts and be crunchy and salty. This is curry powder with a seed or two
