High quality razors at good price. They give a close shave
These worked well for my 18 year old son. He usually sports a goatee. The razors are sharp and he rarely cuts himself with these razors. The razors cut smooth and close to the skin giving him a close,clean-cut shave. They work well for any fairly new shaver. And they are easy to use and glide on the skin. My son likes thes razors and approves of these. I will buy more of these high quality razors. They come at a great price too.

Closest Shave I’ve Ever Had Without Irritating My Skin
I had to give this review. A must buy. I honestly did not expect to love these razors this much. I’ve tried everything over the years, including much more expensive brands, and these are by far some of the smoothest, sharpest razors I’ve ever used. They glide effortlessly and give an incredibly close shave without pulling, tugging, or leaving missed spots behind. As a woman with naturally coarse leg hair, finding a razor that actually leaves my skin completely smooth has always been difficult. What surprised me even more is how gentle these are on aging, more sensitive skin. No razor burn, no irritation, and my skin feels soft instead of scraped up afterward. The handle feels sleek and comfortable to hold, the blades stay sharp longer than expected, and the overall quality feels much more premium than the price suggests. I also love how clean and effortless the shave feels, especially around knees and ankles where some razors struggle. Definitely one of those products I’ll keep repurchasing. These completely exceeded my expectations.

Mullet of razor blades - good up front...needs work in the back
The front facing razor is great - provides a good clean shave. The head moves and adjusts well. It's well made. I've tried Gillette, Schick, DSC, Harry's and Jeremy's and this is at least on par with them all and better than some (Schick and Jeremy's are my other favorites). Therefore, at its price point, it would be a clear leader. Exceeeeeepppppttt....The rear-facing trimmer blade stinks! Either the angle of the blade or the amount of protrusion from the casing are such that it constantly cuts/nicks such that it renders it unusable. I have to keep a separate trimmer blade of another brand to pair with this one. I don't think it would require much study of competitor's trimmer blade to re-design the angle/positioning and make this entre blade great. But as it sits, it's only pretty good.

Best Razors I've Found in Years
Ever since Dollar Shave Club went to crap, I've been looking for a good razor. These last longer and cut less than Harry's, and for far less money. The razor industry rips people off and these razors prove it.

Disappointing Performance and Limited Compatibility. Not Worth the Switch
I had high hopes for the Amazon Basics 5-Blade MotionSphere Razor, especially given its sleek design and dual lubrication claims. Unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. First, the shave quality was underwhelming. Despite the 5-blade setup and MotionSphere pivot, it struggled to provide a close, smooth shave, especially around the jawline and neck. I experienced noticeable tugging and irritation, even with fresh cartridges and proper prep. The lubricating strip wore down quickly, and the supposed Vitamin E benefits didn’t make a difference in comfort. The precision trimmer is poorly positioned and lacks control. It’s difficult to use effectively under the nose or around tight contours, and the blade feels dull right out of the box. Another major drawback is the cartridge compatibility. These cartridges only fit Amazon Basics handles, which means you're locked into their ecosystem. That might be fine if the performance justified it, but in this case, it doesn’t. Replacement cartridges are not widely available in stores, and you're forced to reorder online. Build quality is average at best. The handle feels lightweight and plasticky, and the anti-clog design doesn’t live up to the claim, rinsing between strokes was more tedious than with other razors I’ve used. Overall, this razor feels like a budget product trying to compete in a premium space. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable shave, there are better options out there with broader compatibility and proven performance

OK but not great
OK blades if all your budget allows for is an Amazon basic blade. They cut me very frequently and the edging blade is hard to use - I think the moisturizer strip gets in the way when in tight places like under the nose. If you are hoping this is as good as the name brands, they are not. I'll be going back to my trusted name brand. They aren't worth the savings even at half the price.

1/3 price of top brand
Great shave just as good as the more expensive blades for a third of the price

Low quality razor, bad for many, ok for some
Item: Amazon Basics 5-Blade MotionSphere Razor (Starter Kit) Summary: Really bad for anyone with sensitive skin, tough beard, unsmooth face, or curly hair/whiskers. The trimmer is almost completely worthless for anyone. Possibly okay for anyone with great to average skin/beard. Pros: Inexpensive, quick ship, lots of lubrication, doesn't clog. Cons: Trimmer, Blade Angle, Blade Gap, Blade Longevity. Background: I have sensitive skin and curly hair/whiskers and my only goal, like anyone in the same boat, is to find the least worst razor to use. Nothing is awesome. To date, the older Dorco Pace 6, NOT the pro version, is the best I've found. Unfortunately Dorco keeps trying to kill off the older Pace 6 and force everyone to the Pace 6 Pro or the Pace 7 Pro, which are far inferior. Thus I occasionally try out other razors. This time it was Amazon's. Detail: Aesthetically the Amazon razor looks good. The first sign that the design might not be good is when you attempt to remove/attack a blade. I'm not sure why every manufacturer considers it so important to make theirs unique rather than practical or work well. Your first thought will be how does this work when the prongs stick out at an angle. With a little fidgeting it does. But why! With your first stroke of the razor, you realize it makes a lot of noise. This is because the razor isn't cutting all the whiskers, but pushing many over akin to an airplane crash landing in a forest as it skims the trees. I ended up doing at least 4 to 6 times as many strokes as the legacy Dorco Pace 6. I felt uneasy with using the razor near the eyes as I didn't want to catch the skin and cut like many other cheap razors. Something I never worry about with the legacy Dorco Pace 6. Then I got to finally using the trimmer. OMG this is an actual nightmare. It's so spongy that you can't. And it leaves so much lubricating gel that it sticks as you try and pick up to reposition. It's obvious no engineer was involved in the trimmer design or he/she was high and drunk at the same time when they were. After rinsing my face of all the lubricating gel I realized the places I typically have problems with cheap razors didn't get a smooth shave, specifically the lower neck, around the mouth, and around the side burns. After about three days of using the Amazon razor my opinion only got worse. I now have a ingrown hair in the lower neck and noticed the blades are considerably duller, so much so that my neck burns as I type up this review.
