confused about the ingredients - based on product description...does '100%' mean only wasabi - or is it 100% wasabi blended w/ horseradish & mustard?

This product is 100% freeze dried wasabi. Does not contain mustard or horseradish. They do however have that product and it is available on their website and soon to be on amazon!

The picture of the bottle says 100% wasabi but the descriptions says 46% wasbi blended with horseradish and mustard. Which is correct?

On the container itself it reads 'Ingredients: Freeze dried 100% wasabi (Wasabia japonica). Not just horseradish and mustard like other brands, our product contains 100% authentic wasabi".It certainly tastes like 100% wasabi and not a mixture of other ingredients.

Why does it say 100% Wasabi and then if you continue reading it's clear it is a blended product?

You are reading an Amazon description written by a minimum wage drone and you trust that over what your eyes tell you from the user provided label images? Both Amazon and the distributor were long ago informed multiple times of the description error and apparently it is simply not important enough to fix.

Is this spicy if you sprinkle it on something dry, like popcorn?

It is spicy, but not overload. This is the best dry wasabi I have found. It might be great mixed in some melted butter over popcorn. :)
