A great healthy snack that actually tastes good and good alternative to some of the other beef jerky brands out there. Only have tried this flavor, but I like that it doesn't taste like grease and salt. Flavorful and satisfying. Will be buying again!

These beef sticks are what keeps me going. They are so easy to grab for a quick snack or as I am running out the door. Also have no spice tolerance, and these are great because they are so rich in flavor but don't taste spicy at all. All my kids love them too and even the picky eaters grab a chomps.

I have to eat a lot of protein each day, due to a medical issue. One way I do this is by eating beef jerky products. I don't like spicy foods, so I avoid those like the plague! I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, Etsy, etc., especially over the past 7 months; my husband has been in various hospitals for all that time. Between working as a full-time RN, visiting my husband after work, and then coming home to my dog, online shopping has been a lifesaver. I always check a potential item's number of stars, and read online reviews before buying, and CHOMPS had the highest score for beef jerky products - I have NO CLUE why. This stuff is just plain nasty. I bought the Sea Salt kind, so that's the only kind I can discuss. These little tubes are more like Slim Jims, and if I'd known that, I would have avoided them entirely. When you take a bite, first the "skin" breaks, then the insides. Whatever they put inside is gross. These are definitely NOT beef jerky - jerky should be flat little slices of flavored meet. Chomps is not jerky, and CHOMPS definitely are disgusting, unfit for men and beasts. The whole thing was greasy to the point of being slimy - all the fat coated my tongue and the inside of my mouth, and when I tried to wash the sensation away with a drink, the cold water kind of solidified it. It took a warn beverage to get out of my mouth - I can only imagine what it did to the insides of my intestines!!! I spat it out, and threw the rest of it away. A few days later I decided to give it another chance. Same thing happened. I took the rest to work, and left them in the Break Room anonymously. Someone must like them, because they disappeared in a few days (normally stuff barely lasts a day). In conclusion, buy these things if you enjoy coating your tongue and mouth in slimy, thick, nasty grease, then this the beef stick for you. As for me, I'm going to check out other, better, actual beef jerky products; I will never buy these again!!! Yuck!!!

I love chomps. I’ve ordered from them on Amazon before. Unfortunately my last 2 orders on pretty much all the beef sticks had mold on them 😫 they’re not eligible for a refund but I’d really like my money back and I’d really like to keep ordering chomps but knowing they won’t arrive moldy and are still edible!
