When the center pole is NOT expanded at all, how tall is it?

The center pole is not retractable, there’s only one option for height.

confused about the measurements.. what are the exact measurements? opened to use how tall? the top rack when open how wide and how long?

Height = 32"Width = 19"Length = 35"

Very sturdy! I use them everyday to dry a load of laundry. They don't tip over, and they are just as "rigid" as the day I bought them.

How do you fold this ?

The top layer unlocks (black plastic circle) at 45* from one of the 2 rising legs
