SHINELINE LED Strips Lights 5M, 16.4Ft RGB SMD 5050 Dimmer Led Strip Lights with Remote Mood Light for Home Kitchen Christmas Wedding Party DIY Decoration

My daughter has wanted a strip light for her room for a while now, and these won’t disappoint. The strip is small, so will look discreet when fixed to walls etc (my daughters bedroom is nearly finished decorating and these will go up at the end, for this reason I can’t rate the adhesive strips yet) The lights are extremely bright and come in a wide range of colours and settings fade/flash/strobe etc, my daughter will be able to set a colour and setting to suit her mood. The remote does everything you need but it could do with being a tad bit bigger, I can imagine it’s easy to lose - especially in a teenagers room! I’ve used various strip lights in the past that haven’t been that bright and have been really flimsy, these are the best so far, and I plan to buy more in the future.

Was hesitant on buying these as I had no experience with this product but my daughter wanted them for her room so I tried these. Have to say I made the right choice. Arrived in time and were very easy to set up. There were clear instruction and I was able to put them up in her room myself with no hassle. Best thing is that my daughter was very happy with them. The lights come with a remote so you can change colour and mode. We have had them up in her room for over 6 months now and they are working absolutely fine. Would definitely recommend this product.

I think these things are great! I initially bought them as I was going to cut up single LED's and make a matrix out of them. I should have read into it but more but it turned out pretty good in the end. I ended up just plugging it in and stringing it up around the top of my daughter's room and she ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! The remote control works perfectly fine, I just have about 7 remote controls now... I think my favourite feature(and possibly my little monkeys) is the dimming feature. I end up using it as a night light. I surprised her with the flash setting. I put her in the middle of her room and called it Disco Mode. I think this has been one of my favourite recent purchases and is well worth the money.

Very happy with these, especially for the price. The lights stuck to my desk easily, the adhesive is good and strong and the remote is simple to use; it even had a battery in it ready to go. There are multiple brightness settings, colour options and 4 different rotating colour options. I didn't need to use the supplied brackets though if you are going to use the lights vertically i'd imagine they are helpful.

The lights are beyond amazing and they are very bright and definitely light up the room well but not too bright like a normal light, they stick on amazingly to the wall and was super easy to place on the wall , the only fault would be that the remote sometimes doesn’t work so you have to press the same button a few times in order for the button to work and do what you trying to do but overall I love these lights and they’ve really enhanced and added character to my room - a definitely must buy

My sister bought 2x of these products for her 2x kids rooms and I installed them. Stuck the ribbon around the edge of the walls and along the ceilings. With the remote control it was easy to change colour/fade and switch on and off, integrated into Alexa as ' LED's on/off' the kids loved them. I bought a set for my son and took them to the Middle East where we live and he totally impressed his friends, nominated as the 'coolest bedroom' out of all his friends. With a small issue with the remote control after a few months, I contacted the company direct, that provided them and within 3 days they shipped a complete new set! Thank you so much, I cannot recommend them highly enough especially if you want your children to have the coolest bedrooms! Thank you.

Ok firstly the lights are great, nice colours, easy to change colour and length of the led lights are a great length for a great price. They are all the positives, now for the negatives. They are useless to stick, I followed the instructions and the small adhesive clips you get to hold them in place are ridiculous. They stay in place when you first stick them on but as soon as you try to place the light strip in, they can’t hold them in place. The strip just came out, i tried numerous times to hold in place so in the end I did what it told me NOT to do and I stuck the light strip straight to my surface. They lasted for about a day and then fell down ( like it said they would) so I decided to go and buy some command strips and no more nails strip and hold them in place that way. I love the lights, but the bits provided to hold the lights in place are a joke and don’t work. So if you have another way to hold them up I would do that

Bought these to use in my van/camper conversion. Initially I was plugging them into my inverter to power them but as this is a very inefficient use of power I simply cut the adapter off the end of the power cord, stripped ends of the wires, crimped on ring connectors (the wire with the solid black line is the positive one) and connected it directly to the 12V supply in the van with a 5 amp fuse. This works a treat and gives a good range of lighting options for the price. I would have no hesitation in recommending this solution for anyone looking for a 12V lighting setup in their vehicle. Only downside is the IR remote. The receiver can be quite awkward unless you situate it just right. With a little trial & error you'll get it eventually.
