ClosetMaid Modular Storage Unit with 4 Drawers, Wood Closet Organizer, Stacking, Full Backer, Storage, Decorative Trim, White

I had been looking at closet systems for months to replace the white wire contractor grade system in my walk in closet. I finally landed on this Closet Maid modular set on Amazon that I could mix and match to meet my storage needs. I ordered the taupe color and all pieces were delivered within a few days. Everything came well packaged and in perfect condition. I was a little intimidated with all the pieces, but I had all the units put together and in place in my closet in just a few hours. Easy and straightforward instructions. The units are very sturdy and look great. It gave me all the necessary storage solutions I was looking for. Of all the closet systems I had looked at, in my opinion, this Closet Maid system was the best value for the price, appearance, and durability. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a closet upgrade!

Love the dresser. It fits perfectly in the closet and was easy to assemble. I love that I can see in the drawers without opening them. The drawers open and close smoothly. The only thing that would make this item better is easy close hardware for the drawers.

Everything is great but it is a little sticky pulling open the drawers, tough not smooth opening. Also missing one piece then the drawer that was missing a screw fell apart after a few weeks of using. need to get replacement piece

I love the fact that it's a drawer with some open space so I can peak what's in the drawer. I used honeycomb organizers, and organized small items like socks, underwear etc in it very nicely, plus all my high end sport suits fit well. Price is great too so 5-star for overall value and functionality. Only thing to note is that during assembly, this wood is very compressed and fragile. If you don't put something correctly or put too much pressure, you can break that part of the wood. Happened to me while assembling the drawers but I rescued it. Otherwise, great look and additional to any closet.

Great little dresser. Just the right size for the area in my closet. Took hubby and I about 2 hours to assemble but it was very easy as long as the instructions are followed. Everything was marked and separated well and went together with no issues.

The good news.. this unit is good size if you have limited space. I was planning to get 2 other pieces from this line for my closet makeover. Decided to start with this one, then maybe a shelf unit next week. It was easy enough to assemble despite none of the pieces are marked. Took me about an hour to put it all together and was excited put it to use. I moved it into the closet and started filling the drawers with t-shirts, PJs and workout wear. Nothing too heavy. The bad news... turns out the cabinet is a fraction of an inch too wide so the drawers the fell off the slider tracks as soon as I put anything in them. Absolutely infuriating! It would be too much hassle to return so I will figure out some sort of spacer system to add about 1/4 inch width to the drawers. Then will decide if I want to get the shelf unit to match. I'm just really annoyed with myself for not reading the negative reviews first.

Ok, disclaimer these were not the easiest to assemble and we bought two. In particular there is one step that really should have been more clearly explained with a few additional graphics. But we made it through. The end product was truly wonderful. The units look custom. They hold more than I initially thought since they look sorta shallow in the photos. I live by the reviews when shopping online so I felt obligated to pop on and share just how happy my husband and I were to walk in the closet this morning and have order. You’ll love these - just be aware that the assembly is a little challenging because of the vague instructions in places, and that’s coming from someone that assembles Furniture purchased online pretty regularly. But at this price, it’s well worth the effort. P.S. If you buy it, be sure to install one drawer into the unit before doing all the drawers so if you did something incorrect you can avoid having to undo everything.

I like the piece, and it added a lot of function to the closet. It came damaged and the drawer front was the damaged. I could return it and take it fully apart or wait for the new drawer front. I waited and it took almost 2 months. What I like: the drawers are great, and the sizing was accurate for fit of space. What I would consider: 1) it took a while to put together and I had to use the computer for directions 2) It is ok quality, but I don't think it was worth the money.
