Deeply Holistic: A Guide to Intuitive Self-Care--Know Your Body, Live Consciously, and Nurture Your Spirit

I have read PIP Waller’s book holistic anatomy three times, and highly recommend it to anyone but this book is more or less to me, a wishy-washy version of the same.That said, if you are completely new to holistic healing, this book is quite adequate but will not go into depth like holistic anatomy does. I also find that the slant on the scope of holistic healing and spiritual philosophy while a good thing in general, nothing is really covered much in depth. This is a real beginners book, so maybe it deserves more than three stars, but if you really want to get into what PIP Waller really has to say, again, read holistic anatomy and forget this book.And if you really want to get in to all the various holistic healing and complete eastern philosophy and self-awareness health, I wholeheartedly suggest the book radical healing by Rudolph Ballantine. This book does accomplish everything and so much more than PIP Wallers book does..

Pip Waller's 2nd book is a deep and gracious dive into the healing of body, mind, and spirit. There is much common sense information and simple changes to implement, following a path through each body system, that you will wonder why you did not think of them before. Read, implement the lifestyle medicine suggested, and transform yourself back to whole.

I bought this book after attending some workshops with Pip. Pip is great, and the book is written as if Pip is speaking with you. Easy to digest and interesting. The book truly highlights that each part of the mind, body and spirit are connected, and nourishing all 3 is of vital importance. I'm currently modifying some lifestyle habits to lead a more holistic life.
