We bought this for our Church and it works very well. We use it every Sunday to make lots of good coffee. While more expensive than another model we considered, this is the one our hospitality staff volunteer wanted and she was right! Very glad we purchased it!

Wonderful coffee maker for our church kitchen

Bunn is our always our go to for commercial pourover coffee makers. This is our 3rd one in 35 years. Our last one started to leak water somewhere from the bottom, but we had that for 13 years. Temperature of the coffee is perfect. Make sure you follow the start up directions. Brews fast. Does not come with decanaters, but we kept the ones we had. Not happy about the price, really went up in price since we purchased our last one. This new Bunn machine, has no leaks, coffee is nice and hot, very quick brew time. Love these coffee makers. Please bring the price down.

We use this on an akwardly shaped counter for our business. It takes a little amount of space. For the volume of traffic we recieve in the morning it was a great addition. My only complaint is that I camt really tell where the water level in the machine is due to no glass window to view. My first time filling I overflowed it, other than that great value for your money. If you sell your coffee for at least 1.90 a cup and sell 30+ cups a day you'll make your money back in like 10 or 11 days after that, basically profit.

We had this model for 12 years at a senior center and replaced because of an electrical problem. We will be happy if we get 12 years from this one.

My wife works at a adult foster care house I would listen to her complain about coffee never being made so I bought her this unit to bring to work I just bought as a surprise gift for my wife she was so excited to get it she went in to work made sure she had a place for it so she took it to work after getting it all set up she discovered it doesn't include pots for 500 dollars I feel so bad she couldn't even use her gift until we order pots for it

Update 9 years later.... Still just as happy, aged well and looks likes it did when we got it. Still used everyday, morning and night. So lots of money for a coffee maker that last a long time has made a good value. Bought this to replace two typical coffee makers for regular and decaf every morning. Had been getting about 2 years service out of the cheapy makers had been buying so am hoping this will last a good while. Counter top space is about the same, fits under a wall cabinet, and the water pours in at the front so not moving anything. It is big though, so located mine at the left end of a counter next to a wall and it doesn't seem as big. Because of its size, almost bought the same machine with a single warming plate and a separate warming plate; glad I didn't now, many times all three used. Brewed coffee is perfect. Also use for iced tea, hot tea, and hot chocolate. Wow, this thing is convenient. My family drinks lots of iced tea; no worrying about boiling tea on the stovetop any more and the temperature / turbulence brews a stronger tea than boiling on the stove top. Had about 2 1/2 months now, couldn't be happier.

Works great. Compact, doesn’t take up too much space and serves the purpose efficiently. Brews quickly and keeps all pots warm and ready.

Awesome machine for pumping out coffee at well attended functions. Makes a pot in about 90 seconds. Easy to use! Unplug when not in use or motor could become damaged. Great product!

Works great. Next day after bring it to the Hall was used in a Celebration of life for one of our long time members. Used so many times since then. Well worth it!

This unit replaces my old unit and I am not disappointed.
