So glad to finally find a good Cal/D/K/Magnesium vitamin that works as good as the now extinct Bone Care vitamins! I have severe cervical degenerative spine, which these have helped tremendously. They are big to swallow, but I can deal with that over the pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend these.

These pills are impossible to swallow! Do not waste your money. You can’t get hem down your throat. I had to cut them in sections of 3 each and they still wouldn’t go down!

I like that this pill has calcium, magnesium, Vit D3, and Vit K2 all in one pill. The pills are quite large, but they break easily to make them smaller. They have a soft almost crumbly texture to them, which I like, because I feel this will make it easier for my body to digest and absorb the nutrients in them. What I didn't like is no where in the description does it say you have to take 4 pills to get the amounts of vitamins listed on the front of the bottle. I will still use these, but it would be helpful to have known this before hand.

I purchased this item because it has the K2vitamin which is supposed to help the calcium absorb into the bones. These tablets are very large. There isn't a score mark for cutting but they do cut well with a pill cutter. The serving size is 4 tablets daily but I only take two. Supplement Facts: Vit D3 1000IU Vit k2 100mcg. Calcium 1200mg, Magnesium 600mg. They are reasonably priced especially if you currently take the other supplements listed.

I don’t usually have trouble swallowing pills, but these vitamins are enormous. They don’t go down easily, and every time I take them I feel like I might choke. Honestly, I’m nervous to keep taking them.

I take this upon the recommendation of my primary car physician due to low Vitamin D levels and found that it was very, very effective in raising my levels to above average within a short period of time. The tablets are large and I can understand how some may have a problem taking them. If you can deal with that issue however, I would say these are the best for good results.

I think this is a great tablet, if only it were smaller. I'm someone who has no problem swallowing huge fish oil tablets, and I can swallow multiple tablets at once. However, this one gets stuck in my throat! I have to take this one one at a time, and even after I swallow them, they seem to be stuck in my chest for a while. I really like all the dosages in this supplement, but I really HATE the size or the shape - I don't know what makes it so hard to swallow. I dread taking it.

One serving is 4 tablets - so a bottle of 90 tablets only actually lasts for 22 1/2 days. That makes this a very expensive vitamin per serving. Tablet size is enormous - long, thick with sharp edges. (More than twice the thickness of a typical acetaminophen capsule.) This huge size is ridiculous considering that each tablet is only 1/4 of a daily serving. It is so thick that is does not easily fit in a pill cutter.

Bought for my mother in law who’s suffering with sore joints in the morning. She said she noticed the difference after two days and hasn’t had issues with bad knuckles since. Pills are quite large but she snapped them in half and said it wasn’t an issue. As well as calcium it has K2 is which allows the calcium to be absorbed. Would recommend

Family feeling great after being on these. Bit big to swallow

I don't normally do reviews but I thought I ought to let potential buyers know that these are quite large tablets, so big that I nearly choked on one. I did have a full cup of herbal tea to wash it down with but it got stuck and I'm afraid to take another one as my throat was sore all day. Having said that the first one I took went down ok but I wish I had bought the chewable ones. The pictures show the tablets on the left and a standard paracetamol on the right. I can't comment on the efficacy as I've not been able to take many of them yet. I am breaking them in half to see if I can manage them better.

very big my hubby wont take them , but you can get a chewable one which is great

i cant comment on what it does - it was recommended to me by a specialist, but the tablets are TOO BIG. they are basically a choking hazard. i dread taking them and even skip a doze sometimes
