Can these be used with hot rollers?

I don’t think so. They are very fine paper squares, I only use them on room temperature sponge rollers. They probably won’t work with heated rollers due to the thinness of the paper.

Is this good alternative for cotton to use in separating hair while root touch hair bleaching?

I wouldn't think so because its paper and thin.
