These pans are really good quality. Bom of them make it a good choice for cooking size. The handles don’t get heated up. It is truly non stick

So far, so good. All claims of being dishwasher safe check out thus far. Easy to clean, by hand or machine. Even heat distribution. Non-stick surface is NOT teflon and doesn't appear to have any scratch issues (though after years of being conditioned to NEVER put a metal utensil in a nonstick pan, I'm habitually reluctant to grab a fork and start poking into a chicken breast while it's cooking. Still, these pans are really doing themselves justice since I gave them to my husband as a christmas gift. My only issue is cosmetic as the brown color is U-G-L-Y and I can't imagine why anyone at circular would have said, " you know what everyone loves to see in the their kitchen, something too dark to look clean and too light too look dramatic. Lets make pans in brown for people who want them to match nothing else they own." Maybe that's why they were priced so well. I try not to look at them hanging next to my silver and cobalt blue pans and simply remember how well they work and that I can put them in the dishwasher instead of wiping them gently with a chamois cloth so I don't scuff the surface and give my family cancer. Hurray for that.

Bought this 12" skillet to go with the set of Circulon Symmetry I purchased, the 10" skillet was a duplicate of the one I got with my set, but I've put it aside and will use it when the other one gets beat-up like I know it will, since I use my skillets so much. Love the bottoms of these pans, they have a heavy flat stainless steel disc on the bottom that keeps them from warping and keeps them sitting flat on my smooth top electric range. The non-stick surface seems very durable and food slides right out with no stuck on spots, this makes cleanup a breeze. I also like that these pans are not too heavy to handle, yet they sit nice and flat on the cook top. I purchased a very expensive Calphalon 12" skillet last year, paid over twice the price of these two skillets for it and it warped within the first two months of use,leading to a hot spot on the bottom and food burning to the skillet. I am very happy with these skillets and the other Symmetry set I bought, very good quality for the price, easy to cook with, and super easy to clean up, they can even go in the dishwasher. I hand wash my pots, but in a pinch, the fact that I can put them in the dishwasher is a big bonus. These get used almost everyday and so far I can't say a bad thing about them. Since the price is reasonable, if they last a couple of years I'll be very happy.

Bought these to use with my infrared/induction cooktop. They work with induction and on my gas range. Clean easily - I wipe with a paper towel, then wipe with soapy dishcloth and rinse in hot water. I donated my 2 aluminum pans (they don't work on infrared) but kept their glass lids which fit these 2 pans perfectly. I do wish the larger 12-inch pan had an assist handle on the other side. Empty, the pan weighs just over 3 pounds so add the weight of your food to that and it can get hefty with one-pan meals. But the handle on it is attached very sturdily with an excellent non-slip cover. Also, I love how fast these heat using induction and hold heat to keep your food warm until you come back for a second serving. The underside end of the handle has a "cavity" if you want to hang it. I call it a cavity because it isn't a hole that goes all the way through. Stamped on the bottom of the pan: Hard-Anodized Nonstick, 12 IN/30.5 CM, Circulon Symmetry, QQ15T, Dishwasher & Induction Suitable I would buy these again and will buy this brand again when I need more pots or pans.

These pans are nice. Definitely a better non stick option than many other products out there. The heat distribution seems uneven on the larger pan but the non stick on this pan is fantastic. The smaller pan heat distribution is good but non stick not so great. I do like that you don’t have to use oil or butter to cook and they go in oven. Clean up nice.

Great quality for the price and easy to clean

1, Reason why I chose : I was looking to replace the older circulon nonstick, with a PFOA free nonstick. 2, like & dislike : I'm not a professional chef but cook dinner daily. After I used this for 8 month, I should say this is probably the best nonstick pan I've had. It's well built and durable, yet it's not too heavy. Plus, the handle softly sticks to your hand. So, when I shake the pan, it holds pretty well. Cooking surface is nonstick and it really does work well as advertised. I can cook with or without oil. Like other nonstick pans, as long as you handle with care, such as not using metal silverware to stir food, or using only soft sponge to wash, coating should last a long time. Mine has been used at least every other day for 8 month, but the surface still looks like brand new. It works for any temperature from low to high. Both 10" and 12" pans, the way edge is designed (sort of steep), that holds food better for my use, compared to round shape edge pan. 3, Recommend this product to : If you're looking for a good quality nonstick pan, this should work great. 4, Price : Seems like quality reflects to price. I'm happy.

Only used the small pan so far, but good quality and no sticking. Happy with the purchase!

I bought an anodized pan from a different brand a long time ago and it's the best pan I own but it got discontinued. Needed larger sizes and knew I should invest in something better than regular non-stick coated pans because they just peel in no time-such a waste of money. I decided to try these anodized pans based on all the great reviews. I am really pleased that these pans are the same finish and made just as well as the one I already own and love-plus these cost less per pan! It really is a great value-I'm shocked! So far these are amazing-they really are non stick and a breeze to clean! I am hopeful the finish will last a really long time- not going to use metal utensils on it even though it says you can.

These are great, but they don't heat up as much as I thought they would. Though they do heat up evenly.

These are the best frying pans and skillets I have used. Looks good and works well. I only have these in my kitchen, 8.5”, 10” and 12”.
