Just moved into an older apartment where the toilet is so close to the tub I have to sit on it sidesaddle. Because of this, the toilet paper dispenser is an awkward 180 degree twist to access, so we agreed we needed a solution. This unit is perfect, both for storing extra rolls and dispensing toilet paper. I've always loved the idea of having something to hold a couple extra rolls as no one likes having to waddle to the closet hoping nothing drips when you realize the roll is out. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something that looks nice while also being functional. It's perfect for small square footage bathrooms like mine. Pros: Holds 3 (even four if you want to force it) large rolls of toilet paper, plus the one at the top being dispensed. Feet are off of the floor so you don't have to worry about the bottom roll getting wet. Stylish design, looks great in any bathroom, plus this model comes in multiple finishes for any style bathroom. Holder at top has bent lip so that roll doesn't fall off while being pulled. Compact design fits nicely in any small space, and is the perfect height for reachability while sitting. Cons: Lighter weight, so don't pull too hard on the roll or the unit will teeter. This is just coated metal. I don't expect this to last forever, but at this price point, I expect it to do its job and last for as long as I need it. Hopefully one day I'll upgrade to a bathroom where I can access the wall-mounted dispenser. Even still, I think this is a great storage unit.

Purchased this for the guest bathroom to get the TP off the floor and outta the bag. I wasnt sure what to expect as far as quality goes but let me tell you this baby is really sturdy. Holds 4 FAT rolls of tp easily. Not enough for my main bathroom but perfect for the guest bathroom. The "chrome" looks very nice. And while I had not planned to leave a roll to spin on the bar...it actually works pretty well. Now I dont have to set the "current" roll on the counter. I can just leave it on the stand. I wish there was a model that held more rolls. Like maybe 6 would be perfect. But thats just my preference. I purchased a different style of TP stand for my personal bathroom which I think Ill now place in the cupboard for storage and get another one of these for my personal bathroom.

I was so excited to find this and it's just what I was looking for! I wanted the roll holder part to be slip on/off rather than the kind with the spring that are a pain to switch out. I wanted it to hold extra rolls (small bathroom, limited space) and look nice, not too plain but not too fancy, either. I think this looks great in our bathroom and I love it! One thing I should say about it, even though it's fairly heavy and I definitely wouldn't call it flimsy at all, you have to use two hands when ripping off the paper or it would probably fall over. Maybe that goes without saying, but I thought I'd mention it. Because of it's height, even when using both hands it sort of vibrates a little at the top after you rip off the toilet paper. It's very even at the bottom and stable, though. The 3 legs are perfectly balanced on my tile floor so it's not like it's wobbly, it just vibrates more than I thought it would. I still absolutely love it, though, and I don't feel like this is a design flaw as much as just an inevitable result given the height-to-small-width ratio, so it still gets 5 stars from me!

Looks great just like the picture. It does seem to tip a little easier then i care for but it's not that bad. I love the convenience of holding rolls and the easy change. It also seems to have rusted a little bit at the bottom but we've had it for a couple years. It holds 3 extra rolls easy and i think it can hold a 4th for 5 total depending on the thickness of the top roll. Its great and looks nice. I gave 4 stars only because it can tip a little easy

After many mixed reviews I went ahead and ordered this TP holder. I am glad I did. I really like the chrome finish, as it goes with the other fixtures in my bathroom. Some reviews said that the paper came off the roller when pulling it, but I have not found that to be the case. I placed it so that the paper goes on to the right side as pictured, and I pull from right to left. Works fine and the paper stays on. Others have also said that it tips over easily. I filled it with the three extra rolls and it doesn't tip over for me. I have a floor tiled with small tiles, and it doesn't wobble when the paper is pulled either, which some have said. I bought this to replace a wonky one that had no storage, and a simple tubular base, which was always tipping when I used it, and it had no storage. This one was only a couple of dollars more than that one, and I am MUCH more satisfied. All in all, great purchase, happy with the product and the price.

This toilet paper holder has a nice look to it and it is durable, made well. However, it is the most frustrating toilet paper holder I have ever had. When you are trying to use the toilet paper that is held on the hook, the roll of toilet paper is constantly falling off or the holder is constantly falling over completely. I'm not sure what the issue is but it is annoying.

This is one o those reviews where I give it five stars not because it's the best thing ever, but because it does exactly what it's supposed to. I really have no complaints, although it's a toilet paper holder so it's not particularly overwhelming. It will comfortably hold three rolls of thick toilet paper int he storage area with the additional one on top. It's no top heavy or unbalanced, and while I did occasionally knock it over in the middle of the night, for the most part, it stood perfectly still in a non-ugly way. So five starts for being reasonably-priced, and of nice quality for the economic price. It also serves a very important role in a bathroom where there's nowhere else to put a roll of toilet paper.

Wow, do I love this thing. So we've had it about a week now, which isn't long enough that I can guarantee it's durable, but I can always update this if an unusual problem develops in the future. I got this because we had a wall mounted toilet paper holder in our half bathroom. The screws were starting to loosen up a lot, and I kept tightening them down. Then our son noticed the wiggle from them loosening, and wouldn't stop ripping the arms of the holder out of the wall, because he thought it was fascinating that they could come off. Kind of started becoming a huge pain to keep fixing. Enter this product. We do have tile in our bathroom, and actually haven't had any problem with it falling over or slipping. It does jiggle back and forth a little like jello when you grab a piece of toilet paper, but honestly, I'm not really bothered by that. I love that you can store rolls of toilet paper on it, that way if guests are in there and run out, the replacement is right there. No hunting through cabinets, no potentially embarrassing for them calls for help. And because we have therapist's in our house 5 days a week working with our son and basically we're their place of employment, I like to keep things as comfortable as I can within reason. And I'm in heaven because it's something that can't be ripped out of the wall. No replastering required. Honestly, I'm so in love with this product, I may buy two more to replace out the holders in our other bathrooms. Love it that much. Don't care about the jiggle, it hasn't caused a lick of problems for anybody at our house who has used it.
