Soo good. That said, texture is a tad jello-ish. They could stand to lay off the xanthum gum in the recipe a bit, use some other thickner ... but I like the thickness, so need to keep it nice and thick.

This tartar sauce is the best! When I moved away from the Pacific Northwest I tried to replace it with a lot of other brands. A lot of them are way too sweet, not savory like this one. I even tried making it myself, but I couldn't quite replicate it. I was so pleased when I found out I could order it online. Yes, it's expensive with the shipping, but to me it is absolutely worth it. The jars have arrived undamaged each time I ordered it because they pack it really well. Whatever was happening before with the old stock appears to have been resolved, since the jars I got expire about 4+ months from now. I definitely go through it faster than that. As a side note, I'm a bit nostalgic about the red cap that these jars used to have. I'm super, super happy with this product and only wish it could be back in stores.

We were very excited to find Marina brand tartar sauce on Amazon as it is a 7 hour trip out to the West Coast to purchase in person. We would go because Marina is THAT good , but Amazon made the purchase much easier. The jars were wrapped very well, the box was sturdy, and our shipment arrived early. We love Marina because it's not too pickley tasting and is perfect for several different fish dishes. Thank you Marina for an amazingly tasty product. You are the best.

Best tasting tarter sauce I ordered jars and the shipment was poorly packed one jar was completely shattered and tarter sauce was everywhere in the box

Marina is absolutely the best bottled Tarter Sauce you can buy. I have tried many others but no other brand comes close. Just wish you could find it in stores outside of WA state.

Available in most Safeway stores in the PNW, it's not available anywhere else. It's the best and since moving away from the Seattle area, I have had to order it on Amazon.

We love this tartar sauce. It is the closest we have found that is like the one my husband made for a local Kent valley company years ago. We love the fact that it is made locally. I would have given 5 stars had the packing peanuts in the box been made of starch. Then they could have gone in the yard waste bin rather than the local landfill. Should they ever start using biodegradable packing peanuts, I will give them 5 stars.
