Electric Wax Melt Burner - Elephant

Tried to use this once before sending back. It has a really nasty smell when it heats up which is so strong it overtook the smell of the wax melt and gave us all headaches. The elephant looks nice but is made of a rough resin material that you can’t wash. I did get a refund eventually but company made it quite difficult...had to send numerous pictures (don’t know how this helped them see a smell!!) then was offered a replacement bulb!! Again, not sure how this would help! Took a long time between each email and they seemed extremely reluctant to accept the product back for return but got there in the end.

I absolutely loved this product and through it was so much better than having to risk burning candles in the house (always petrified something might burn that it shouldn’t). However after only a couple of uses I noticed the light had gone out and I hadn’t switched it off. Cut a long story short the bulb had completely burnt out and exploded, if I hadn’t had noticed it wasn’t lit up, I would have been much worse than a burning candle. Have contacted the seller over a week ago and still hear nothing back from them. Don’t recommend buying this product.

Looks great on my shelf at night and so easy to switch on and off much better than lighting candles all the timeI wish the dish was a bit bigger though as some of my melts are too big or just fitBut most do fit though

It was rough except the melt tray bit so will hold any dirt . Dont know if I can spray it to make it gloss rather then rough wax bit is very small . Nice light. I could of brought worse .

Smells of burning, dish for wax far too small, would not recommend which is a shame as it looks nice.
