A great banner for a 30s party decoration. The price is very reasonable. The banner is cloth so it will not tear and can be used again for someone else turning 30.

Everything you need!!
This was perfect!! I brought the balloons to local grocery store to be filled! Used everything ! Added some hats , scarfs to photo booth propts ! Worked out great!!
