Really Nice Chairs
Nice chairs. We put them in the Lobby of our Condo building. Small, comfortable, easy to clean and move. We were missing the screws to put them together but after one email to Amazon, the screws were here the next day. Very happy with these chairs. Good to have two people to put them together but not hard to do.

Chair fit for a Captain
We love these chairs! The quality of the material and craftmanship of the chairs is top notch. They assembled quickly and easily. They really hit the mark on comfort and sturdiness. They are constructed in such a way that you don't have to consider the stability of what you are about to sit down in. The color of the wood paired with the color of the cushions give off a very classy feel. The brass upholstery pins add a classy finishing touch to the look of the chair I appreciate the size of the chair, too. They are big enough to be comfortable, but compact enough to fit in smaller areas. We initially purchased only one of these chairs, but after seeing how they looked, how well they were constructed and the price of the chair, we purchased a second one. I would recommend these in a heartbeat.

Classic Look and Excellent Value!
The Boss Captain’s Chair in Burgundy Vinyl is a great addition to my home office. While it’s not a high-end luxury chair, the overall appearance and build quality are very solid for the price. The burgundy vinyl paired with the traditional captain’s chair styling gives it a timeless, professional look that works perfectly behind my desk. It adds a polished, executive feel to the space without costing a premium. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together, the chair feels sturdy and stable. It’s comfortable for everyday use and offers great value for anyone looking to elevate the look of their office without overspending. If you want a classic executive-style chair at a reasonable price, this is an excellent choice.

Good quality, good price, looks like leather
This is a good quality chair for the price ($87.80 in June, 2012). It looks elegant and looks like leather. The most noticeable difference from leather is that this skin has a thinner feel, while real leather feels thicker when you rub it. It also seems a little slicker or slipperier than leather. But without comparing simultaneously, many people might not even realize it is not leather. It seems comfortable, but I have not used it for extended sitting. I got these for the waiting room. It does the trick for a good price. I bought two chairs, and the first one did not have any assembly instructions, so I struggled through the assembly on my own and posted some assembly recommendations: The leg that goes straight down below the cushion faces front, the leg that has a curve below the cushion faces rear. The cross bar with three brackets is for the front, and the one with one bracket goes in the rear. The brackets face up, as they support the seat. Attach the two cross bars to one side with the hex screws, and lay the side flat on the floor with the cross bars sticking up vertically. Then attach the cushion. Then attach the opposite side, with the cushion already in place. I don't recommend connecting the two sides first and then trying to add the cushion, as this is very tight and you risk tearing the vinyl. With the two sides and cushion in place, just add the section with the arms and back. Leave everything a little loose until everything is connected, then do a final tightening. The arm/back section will require some manipulation to match all the screw holes, and that is why the connectors are a little loose and they will swivel. The final tightening should be snug, but don't overtighten. The hex screws don't go directly into the wood, they go into a threaded sleeve that is sunk into the wood. If you overtighten, you can pull that sleeve out of the wood. After posting this, I did find instructions with the second chair, and I note that they advise connecting the two sides together with the crossbars, and then adding the cushion to fit in between. They recommend leaving the sides loosely connected so the cushion fits in. I put the second chair together by adding the last side after the cushion was already attached to the first side, and it works like a charm. If you try their method of adding the cushion after both sides are connected together, just be careful you don't force it in or you can risk tearing the vinyl. Good luck.
