The shawl was lovely and ideal for a function I was attending. Unfortunately, there was a small stain on the back and I had to return it. I didn't have time to request a replacement as the shawl was required the next few days which was a shame as it was a great match to my dress. However the company very kindly refunded my money immediately and apologised for the inconvenience and also told me not to return the shawl. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and product is good value for money.
Lovely product which looks more expensive than it is, and excellent customer service. Within a day of contacting seller about an issue she resolved it free charge and without any quibble. The second item arrived in time for it to be worn as intended to the event. Would shop here again.
