I was very impressed with the customer service of this company. When I finished this puzzle I had one duplicate piece, 2 extra pieces and 1 missing piece. There is nothing more frustrating and infuriating foe a puzzler then a missing piece. I emailed Vermont Christmas Company, the maker of the puzzle. They responded very quickly with info on how to get the missing piece replaced through their website. I filled out the website form but was unable to submit it because the puzzle box was missing a product number that was needed to get the replacement piece. I emailed the company back with a screen shot of the website piece replacement form, pictures of the puzzle, of the missing piece area and the reason I couldn’t contact them through the website. They immediately got back to me with a piece in the completed puzzle picture I had sent them with the suggestion to try the circled piece in the missing area and use one of the excess pieces in the new missing piece spot. They were correct. The piece was hard to see that it was in the wrong place. This company was professional and helpful and I will definitely buy from them again.

This puzzle was a little challenging with 1,000 pieces, but it was really fun to put together. The pieces were pretty sturdy, & once I used the puzzle glue, it was plenty sturdy & ready for framing. This would be a great gift for anyone who loves a little challenge putting puzzles together.

This is a beautiful puzzle. The pieces locked together well and there was a nice variety of odd shapes. I ordered it to have it in a beach rental unit.

Fun puzzle with vibrant colors and a bit of a challenge (especially the octopus and the ship!)! The Vermont Christmas Company makes quality, but affordable puzzles. They are our favorites!
