Can this remove dog pee & poop from carpet?

Can I use this on my cat?

The label says safe for pets and does not designate or qualify in any other way so I would consider it to be safe for use on a cat.

what is the difference between $13 squeeze and $19 pour, both 32oz ?

Don't know what the differences are, BUT, definitely recommend you have some if needed. My dog has been sprayed twice and the pour made life exponentially better.

Are the different scent options better or worse in removing skunk odors or are they the same formula except for fragrance?

We only have used the original and it did a really amazing job at neutralizing the skunk odor on our dog. His first encounter with a skunk, we did not have this on hand and used several days after trying other fixes (bathing, hydrogen peroxide, etc). It worked better even after the lapse of time than anything else we tried. We were ready after his most recent encounter and immediately applied according to directions and there was zero skunk odor the next day. The original does not smell perfumey nor does it have an unpleasant smell in my opinion.
