What color is this stuff when set up? Clear or opaque?

It's opaque, almost clear. Be warned, this stuff hardens faster than a porn star delivering a pizza... You have about a minute before the tip clogs unless you continuously pump it. Only get this big tube if you have the application gun and only if you can get your stuff glued and set quickly, like use a helper...

Do you need to remove the mixing nozzle in between use?

Is there a smaller (e.g. 45ml) version of this?

i do not think so , i have seen smaller tubes in the metal bond adhesive

will this make a water proof seal?

That's not really what this is for but I suppose if you are joining plastic pieces together it would be waterproof as long as you spread the material evenly without gaps.
