Measurment somewhat off
All in all it's a good item, the reviews stated that it was somewhat bigger than it stated, this is true. The item itself is worth it just make sure you give yourself some room for error. Once you try to modify or try to force it to fit you forfeit your return.

Fair review with information.
I’m giving a fair review on this but I’m sure in the right applications this pump would be great, This is a 220v60hz German pump, so the wiring is a little different as you have Only 2 wires, they are both hot, also in the U.S. we run 50hz so you lose 20% power, It has no instructions but is easy to set up and wire, Cut the plug off and one wire on each side of the pressure switch then to a 220 breaker and your done. with all that being said the pump still puts up around 55lbs but takes a few minutes to get there pumping a few hundred yards on 2 pressure tanks. On a dead head I had it up to around 70lbs without a pressure switch. You will need to add a pressure switch and check valve, all in all it got me out of a bind and as I am only filling a tank to pump into the house for me it is fine and I will order another to have a spare. ... it will fit inside 3” casing easily.

Very good value
The pump is very nicely made but there was a problem with my my will and the pump couldn't get through so unfortunately I didn't get to use this pump. I believe you need to use 50 HZ which is for European unless the pump will overheat and burn up
