Is it a real m80 or does it have to be made

It’s a a cardboard tube with paper end caps. Real M80’s are illegal. I used them to make smoke bombs using sugar.

Where can you get the powder for them

YOU! Can't... But you can buy all items separately from separate companies and do it yourself. At least that's what I've looked up. Blackhead aluminum powder and potassium (praclornate)?📚

Do they come with predrilled holes for a fuse?

They do not come predrilled as different people like to use different fuses thus different size holes. It's a 2 min deal to drill 25 of these so worry not. Instead focus on what your going to put inside. Flames and bangs rock.

So does it come with “black powder?”
