Direct factory Serta replacement for the Pivot three-button wired controller

This was a brand new, factory fresh, Serta brand name wired controller for the "PIVOT" wired bases. It was a 5-minute replacement .... unplug the old, plug in the new .... plug & play ... NO programming .... everything should be this simple. Love the bed ... love the simple control. Only complaint is the flexible wire collar does break and then the small wires break over time ... could be built with better materials ... heavy duty rubber or plastic collar. Just glad they sell a replacement, otherwise the bed is worthless!!
