Bought this because thats what they used in the hospital for my hubby. It is definitely a top tier product, get the 4 stars because it is expensive and you never can get all the product out of the tubes. If Medline made a different container, likes a canister then I would stay with Medline. But can get zinc oxide in canister and not waste half the product. If you don't need much and you don't mind the tubes then I would recommend.
