Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6, 250 Tablets - Energy Metabolism

I have done a lot of my own research. As someone with ADHD and Anxiety this supplement combo was a very common recommendation from a lot of psychologists. My anxiety and panic attacks were really bad and it took me about 3 months of taking this consistently (I’ve had gastric bypass surgery so not super great at absorbing nutrients) and one day I woke up and all of the anxiety and panic attacks stopped. Am I saying it will cure you? No. But it is worth a shot if you’re struggling and don’t like the traditional meds route. I’ve noticed a difference when I stop taking it for a bit to when I’m consistently taking it. Again I’m not a doctor but I would definitely recommend trying it out!

I’ve been using Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6 for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with the results. The combination of magnesium and B6 helps support my energy levels, reduces muscle cramps, and promotes better sleep. I also feel less stressed and more focused throughout the day. Ya me recomendaron esta marca y la verdad que la llevo consumiendo mucho tiempo, los resultados a corto plazo son geniales. He notado tener mucho mejor el pelo y las uñas sobre todo. Es de muy facil absorcion, nada de mal sabor al tragar, y como digo los resultados se empiezan a notar a los pocos dias de ingerir. En casa la tomamos mi mujer y yo, y al ver los resultados, ahora las toma hasta mi suegro. En cuanto al precio, si lo configuras como compra recurrente, ahorras unos euros que merece la pena.
