Excellent caliper
This caliper has excellent fit, finish, jaw geometry, and measurement repeatability (with measurements from all four measuring surfaces matching to within the resolution of the measurement scale).Many sources say that Mitutoyo products are being counterfeited heavily in the US resale market recently.While I have no way of confirming the authenticity of the three Mitutoyo calipers I've purchased through Amazon recently, they all show levels of manufacturing quality that are as good as known genuine Mitutoyo products I have used or owned in the past.

Super, me llegó bien, la verdad el unico tema fue el empaque que usó amazon que para ser un instrumento de presición no venía protegido, vale la pena que al comprar soliciten empaque para objeto fragil, a mi me llegó bien pero la caja en la que venía estaba muy aplastada, no obstante es de cuidado porque pueden dañarlo y si lo requieres para experimentos o un uso más sofisticado pues puede perdir la calibraciónMas allá del empaque, los que saben, entienden que la marca vale la pena y para el costo está genial

Inaccurate photos
The photo shows both imperial and metric measurements, however this only has metric. I had intended to get this because I do a lot of work in both systems, but this drastically reduces the usefulness.

Absolutely superb quality calipers
The machining of this caliper is second to none. You can just feel the quality of it and just know it will last a lifetime. 100% worth it to pay that bit extra to own something that will last.
