I'm 5'6, 190 lbs and a natural hourglass body type- basically a curvy plus size 12. I added that information because All I saw was size up, size up, size up, but, from where? So I bought both the XL and the 2xl as I wasn't sure which size I needed. I'm glad I did! The 2XL came in first and it fit my plump booty and thick thighs good, but was too big in the waist and tended to slide down... So I'm waiting on the XL, I believe that will be the perfect fit for me.... The 2XLs are going to Mom. I'll update when the XL arrives. Hope this helps.UPDATE: I received the XL and while they fit a more snug in the hips, thighs and booty than the 2XL, the waist is still rather big- Its clear I should NOT have sized up as they are still too big and tend to come down (just a little ) in the waist area while I work out.... I'm getting the Large - I'd rather have them too snug and working than too big around my gut while working out-its not a good feeling when your gut is hanging out during Zumba or you're constantly pulling them up. Again, I'm 5'6 size 10/12 and a large will work just fine AND I wash them in the washer machine and air dry.

This is totally a great buy for me. I had hit a plateau in my weight loss, so I was looking for extra ways to change up my workouts or daily activities to get calories burned. I also wanted something to help target my lower belly after having a child. These pants are incredible!The first time I wore them, I was shocked to see that within the first 10 minutes I had sweat dripping down my calf. And not just a little, a lot. And I didn't feel like I was hot and uncomfortable! I kept going with my workout and felt great. I definitely broke my plateau and these helped! They definitely do what they say they do.I read reviews about size and it seemed like it was a good choice for me to go with a Medium since I was finally fitting back into my 6-8 sized pants. They fit perfect for me. I'm 5 feet tall so I was concerned the capri length would still be long as I sometimes encounter, but they're a surprisingly good length for me as well.They do make noise when you move around, but I just put a pair of pants over top and it's fine. I sweat, but feel very comfortable even with 2 layers on. I've even worn them to work a couple times under my work slacks. They're very comfortable and do a nice job of creating a nice smooth shape.

Smells but works

I was skeptical about the fit. I had elective gastric surgery years ago. I couldn't get rid of my "MOMMY POUCH". I've tried multiple, sadly ill fitting "sauna" products that eventually were ruined in time. This product fits & stays over my "Mommy Pouch" and it's easy to clean/maintain. I was skeptical of sizing because my measurements are in between 2 sizes. I opted for the true to my clothing size and THANK GODDESS it fits. I'm a grandmother who rarely has time to workout. So, housework, walks with my grands and running errands ARE my workout and I do it in my sauna pants. Lol!

Ooooooomeeeeg! I love these! Ordering a 2nd pair! These are so amazing that I wear them to work under my scrubs! I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts! I'm always on the move so these help me with the water weight I retain! They help remind me to eat healthy and drink more Water! Lol Did go up a size and glad I did! Just received my other order from them and can't wait to try them! YES! I use them to work out in too! Great little Secret to my weight Loss plan! 😁Oh yea, I paired them up with a body shaper vest! Neither one rolls! Stays In Place & helps me look fabulous underneath my clothes!

I have purchased similar pair about 2 months ago for my sister that cost few $$ more and I don't see any difference between them. Same quality, same stitching as if they come from the same factory. You will find review for those pants if you click on my name.There is no easy or fast way of losing weight and these pants are not magical but they do help with the process of weight loss. You don't need to go to gym or have a gym equipment to exercise. These pants will make you sweat crazy just by doing your regular house chores. If you enjoy dancing, just put your favorite jam on and dance like nobody sees you.These are basically made of rubber and some people do get reaction/irritation when it's in direct contact with the skin especially while sweating. I would advice wearing thin cotton leggings underneath if you having reaction. My sister did not get any reaction. But I do recall while ago after my firstborn I was wearing neoprene belt trimmer and I was getting red bumps so I was wearing it over a cotton tank top and did not get any bums afterwardsThey smell funky right out of the package but the smell goes away after airing them out.
