Let me begin by saying that this is actually an UPWARD firing subwoofer enclosure as opposed to the Down-Fire that is advertised. Honestly I prefer the upward firing in this situation because the plastic on the bottom of the back seats acts as a good vibration surface for the subs.Researched a few weeks on various subwoofer box configurations and finally ended up ordering the Atrend B-Box Series Dual 10-inch subwoofer enclosure for the 2002 and up Chevy Avalanche. This box fits like a glove, and you have to have it perfect or the seats won't latch, I almost flipped because the smaller seat wouldn't even come close to latching, but you have to have the rear of the box (where the wire connections are) all the way against the seat frame in order for the seats to latch properly.I ordered two Rockford Fosgate R2 Shallow series subs because I wasn't sure of the exact depth of sub required, but my shallow mounts fit with plenty of room to spare. The area below the opening for each sub is routed out to allow about another 1/4 to 1/3" of clearance for the sub's magnets.My only complaint about the enclosure is that it doesn't come pre-stuffed with the polyester fiber-fill, but this cost me less than five dollars at the local craft store so no big deal. Although it would've saved me a trip had they included this in the enclosure.Will try to get some video or pics of the product installed for anyone wondering of what it looks like--stay tuned...

You're not going to rattle any windows or set off any car alarms with 2 10 inch shallow mount subs. But you can get some nice crisp bass to really flesh out anything else. Box fit perfect with no drama. Great price.

Shipping Box was damaged but the speaker box was not affected at all but this box fit in my 2011 avalanche perfect no modifications need and the scar audio 10” fit perfectly was worried because people said most boxes they ordered u would need to cut a lil bit to fit speakers in it I am so happy no returns need it 👍🏽

The box arrived quick and undamaged. I fitted it with Kicker CompR 10s and poly fill. The fit under the seat is spot on and I didn't have any issues with bolts or plastics. Very happy with the sound. I definitely recommend to anyone. Well made great box.Update 7/27/22Speakers are completely broken in now and with the 1k RMS the box definitely makes some noise unfortunately. I don't think it's meant to be pushed that hard. I am going to see if I can strengthen it up some to elevate some of the noise. The kicker CompRs I have hit the bottom of the seat plastics on deep bass as well. A shallow mount may serve these boxes better but overall I still enjoy it. Just food for thought. You could do worse.

I was a little leery about items like this, but I read the reviews and the most of them were very positive. Like other reviews, the box needs to be improved! It was torn open in a couple places, but the sub-box was in perfect shape. The fit was a little tight, but I see that as a plus! Well worth the price!

Junk totally broken trying to use liquid nail to fix it. They did refund my money, but the packaging it came in was a thin bix that was destroyed upon opening what was left of it it looked to be fine until i put juice to it and sounded like crap unless i had somebody stajd on the box which told me it was fractured, so since i dont have any friends to ride around with me with my seat flipped up standing on it i decided to use liquid nail and it did make it better but still is far from adequate in ky book.Save your money buy elsewhere

Fit right under the rear seat of my 06 avalanche like it said maybe could use some more glue on the joints but it’s sounds great with my two 1100watt Sony xplods

When mine arrived both speaker terminals were broken. The box is advertised with air space per woofer, but they are not isolated, it is one chamber. I remedied this but compressing memory foam, insetting into box and allowing it to expand, which did better then expected, it completely isolated each of them, and also alleviated the horrendous vibration of the wide mid section, which should actually have 2 supports on each side and a mid wall to isolate the subs. Carpet is either really shoddy, or glue, mine doesn't move at all and it's beginning to peel of. For those wondering what you can fit in these, I put 2 10" Kicker CVR
