How tall do you have to be to use this? A reviewer said she was 5' and couldn't reach the bar. Sure wish they'd make it adjustable for short people!

I am 5 ft 4. It was a strain to reach and use effectively so I sent it to Goodwill after three tries. I can do 200 plus crunches on the ab machine at the gym, maybe 10 bad ones on this. I can't recommend it for a five four height.

Does this fold up for easy storing?

sorry it does not fold up its one of the downfall of this product..

can you do side crushes on this machine?

Yes you can. You simply turn your body on its side, leaving upper body straight/aligned with the Ab Crunch, and it targets the obliques perfectly.

I'm under 5ft tall. Will I have trouble using this because of my height ( or lack of it) . Most ab roller equipment seem to be made for taller people
