Clear Plastic Pot for Orchids 3 inch Diameter - Quantity 4

I grow mini orchids on my windowsill - and 'rehab' poor little 'bloomed out' plants from garden centers that are doomed to go to the compost pile. Most are 'tea cup' size, so they need to be repotted in a small pot, with a good orchid mix, then watered and fed well for a few months until they grow and are ready to bloom again. These little 3" pots are just the right size to give only about 3/8" additional room around the outside edge of the root mass, and their open slits minimize overwatering and allow more aeration. I deducted one star because this pots are NOT clear. They are 'translucent' - see-through with a whitish cast. Sunlight is important for orchid roots also, so clarity is important. However, the plants seem to be happy in their 'new shoes', and the pots were certainly a good price for the quantity.

The pots were not usable by me. I thought i had measured so they would be a little wider. They are way too short.Be very careful to measure to get the correct size.

These are the perfect size for re-potting my dying mini orchid that I've had for 3 years in it's original pot. it desperately needed to be re-potted since it was starting to die on me, so i ordered these 3" diameter pots, but they took almost an entire week to arrive. i fear they might've arrived too late to save my orchid. if they had just come just a few days sooner, I think my orchid would've had a better chance of survival. i re-potted her as soon as they arrived so hopefully she pulls through.

Worked well for my mini orchid. Needs weight on the bottom though since it’s so light-weight.
