Q: What is the length of this top?

It is 20 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom.

Q: Is the white see through?

It is somewhat see thru since it is white, but it's not as thin as you might think. I wear colored tanks under it so it really didnn't matter to me. I hope this was helpful.

Q: Is this regular fit or slim fit?

Hey! So they fit regular, but when I dried the size Small, it fit slim. Which is what I want for my high waisted jeans and skirts, but the Medium after I dried it slimmed up a little but still fits regular. Hopefully that helps!
