Good value
This is a good replacement for a 20+ year vacuum breaker that started leaking. It was so crusty, I couldn't get to the guts to replace gaskets. This was simple to install and encouraging to see there are kits available for gasket replacement if that time comes. Hopefully, this will last equally long and not need any replacement parts. This is well built and is functioning properly.

Works great
Plumbed into my yard hydrants so they can drain back underground with the hoses hooked up. You don't get sprayed with water like the in line vacuum breakers that have the vent holes around the circumference.

Heavy-duty, no signs of occasional "regurgitation" like the plastic Orbit vacuum breakers
I installed one Orbit Sprinkler System 3/4-Inch Brass Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker 51059 on a retention tank for our irrigation well, and it's doing great - just plugged the outlet with a 3/4" metal plug from a big-box store and some pipe dope, and the tank is protected from crushing due to vacuum on the discharge line - not something I really need to worry about in Florida, with a shallow well, but the tank manufacturer (Pentair) insists.It's very nice that this valve doesn't seem to regurgitate out the top at all when pressure is removed and then reapplied - we have another plastic Orbit vacuum valve, and it definitely DOES leak a little water out the top when pressure is removed and then reapplied. Not having any staining on the exterior of the tank from a slightly-leaking vacuum breaker is a plus - one less thing to maintain!

Great Price for Anti-Siphon
Needed a new valve for my pool supply line. Had been using a plastic sprinkler anti-siphon valve for a long time. The valve is too close to simply screw another like valve, so decided to go with this one along with a ball valve to be able to shut the water off. Very pleased with price and quality.

Works, and is $20 less than in HD.
I was skeptical about his Orbit vacuum breaker because of its low cost, but it seems to be of good quality and does the job. Its not a complicated device (none of these are), and it does seem well made.Saved myself $20 on one unit over HD. What else need be said.
