Fun if a little confusing at first
Played this a lot in early ‘80’s. Then picked it up again recently. Really had to read and re-read the game rules. There’s a lot to take in and learn new terminology. It’s great fun, goes quickly, once everyone’s on the same page, and the winning / losing changes constantly throughout a gam. There’s hardly a champion or overall loser. Enjoy the ride and the laughs as you burn the magic sun or sadly wimp out!

Super fun, simple game!
We played this for the first time at a friend's house on NYE, and absolutely loved it! The concept is simple, but it's got just enough risk to keep things interesting and to really get you engaged in the game. You could play with a limitless number of people, so this is great for large or small groups. Perfect for game nights in, but also compact enough that you could stash it in your purse or pocket and take out to the bars if you needed something to do while hanging out elsewhere.

Addictive Dice game you can play anywhere!
Friends got us hooked on this game during a long ferry ride! Couldn't believe a game with 5 dice could be so addictive! 5 dice with a sheet of rules fit in a small cylinder you can take anywhere! Great for 2 people as well as larger groups!

If you like dice games, check this one out!
This is a really fun dice game that is a little confusing as far as how the rules are written but a quick YouTube search has a video that explains the rules effectively. Great for teaching simple math to youngsters!

The simplest complicated game ever invented.
Is this the most complicated simple game ever created? Yes. I first got my hands on CW when I was 12 years old at a toy trade show that I was at for some reason. I met the creators, they gave me one set of die for free and I went home and played it furiously with some friends. Then forgot about it until 30 years later. After you get past the incredibly complicated instructions (and realize that you can just make more up, for instance: We have a new rule that if a die goes off the table and onto the floor the roller MUST use it as it has landed BUT if another player catches it as it falls off the table, he or she can place it in play however they like.) it's a blast.Small. Fast. Fun.

Simple, yet fun
I prefer a game with a bit more depth or strategy, but found this one to be fun. Great for playing with friends who prefer a simple game. Easy to turn into a drinking game, if that's your thing. For a game as simple as it is, learning it was a bit more confusing than I had expected. It helps to have someone there who has played it before. There are a lot of little rules that can take some time to get used to. The examples help, but there were some situations where ruling were unclear by the manual.Once you get past that point, it's good quick fun. We've played with as many as 8 people and as little as 2, but I find 3-5 to be the optimum number of players... otherwise it can get a bit slow and boring waiting for your next turn, especially if people are easily distracted by other things. It is almost completely luck based, so there is the slight possibility of one person getting screwed completely for the entirety of the game, but that's just how these things go. In general, it ends up at least fairly closely matched. All in all, definitely money well spent for the price paid. A good one to have in the game arsenal.

Simple, addictive, and portable
It's a great, simple dice game, very addictive. It's also easy to learn simply by playing. Once you're used to the rules, games are fast and furious. This has been a pocket game favorite for decades, highly recommended.
