Why do I keep getting bubbles on over 80% of the laminations 5 mil, 6x9 inches no matter what temperature I set it to, in a carrier or not?

Are the bubbles in the waste are around laminated document? There is not much we can do about those bubbles. Only a machine with heated rollers can eliminate glue on glue bubbles in the waste area. What you gain in buying a heavy duty laminator with solid state heating cores and the resulting durability out weight the glue on glue in the waste area. If you are getting white foggy bubbles, add more heat to the machine, you are not warming up the glue to activate it and clean the pouch (seal). If you have bubbles on the actual product, this may be a result of the heat reacting to what you are laminating. The inks/media/paper may not like high heat which will cause it to bubble. What's the difference between this model and the 6000T? Are they the same?

Same machine only the "T" in model 6000T standards for "thermometer" that model comes with one
