I’m very satisfied with the policy that I bought from Asurion because I bought a drone that stopped working after sometime. I submitted claim and was promptly sent a label to ship the product. I kept receiving update at all phases and within days of sending the drone I was told that Asurion could not fix it hence they sent me a gift card Equal to the purchase price of the drone.

We had this protection on our grandsons ride on jeep. The jeep stopped working as the tires were not turning at all. I turned in a claim and then ended up returning the jeep and received an email with a gift card for Amazon for the purchase price of the jeep. The worst part was finding a big enough box to send it back to them. I was happy with the resolution.

We bought aUenjoy Maserati Grancabrio 12V Electric Kids Ride On Cars Motorized Vehicles W/Remote for my grandson first birthday we also took out a asurion 3yr warranty with it that we bought through Amazon . One of the very first time he used it we heard a pop and the car has not worked since then . After several attempts to get a hold of asurion they finally called us and sent us a fuse and a battery charger . that was not the problem, after again attempting to call them i finally called Amazon ,to no avail they where no help .Needless to say i am still awaiting to hear from Asurion . 7/10/20 they finally emailed me and sent me a return address label and said i would have to dismantle the dash board and take out the radio in the car. So know Im also a repair man . Im going to continue complain to Amazon Well its now 8/27/20 we have notified Amazon and Asurion on several occasions And finally got the piece on needed for the Uenjoy Maserati ride on toy .I had to dismantle the entire car to get to the circuit board I needed ship it to the and recieved a new one 2 days ago .And wouldn't you know it the circuit board they sent was the wrong one .And this is after sending them the old one and picture of the old one So now Im sitting here with a totally dismantled ride on toy and a 2 yr old trying to ride it asking his papa why it wont go .I am determined to keep up with this till I get satisfaction that toy was not cheap and he is my first grand child Im going to call Amazon again and complain and keep complaing till they do the right thing ...... I bought the asurion service when i recently purchased a drone. I had an accident with my drone a few days back and had a small damage. I reached out to asurion and was able to get a fast, efficient and excellent repair service. Highly recommend asurion - esp for electronics.

This is worth it!!! This Protection has come in handy in every way possible... they have been very easy to work with and a fast turn around time on your device... they have always came in with the save... I highly recommend this insurance protection...

I got a message saying the reimbursement of $246.99; however, when I applied the voucher, I see it applied $206.95. Where did $40 disappeared?
