A great, fast solution when you need a few stepping stones.
The media could not be loaded. These stepping pads are awesome. I have a real flagstone stepping stone path; it’s a difficult job setting it. You have to buy and lift heavy expensive stones, dig out where you want to set them, line the hole with landscape fabric to prevent weeds, fill hole with pea gravel, set the stone…it’s a LOT of work to do it right and it costs a lot of money.Or, you can get these. They’re cheap, durable, lightweight, and you just drop them where you want them. If the ground is dry it’s hard to settle them in place but I just tromped around on them and after a few soaking rain showers they settled just fine.Once they weather a little, they look just like stone. And they filled in my places where I needed more stepping stones but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of real stone.I highly recommend these!

Multy Industries Multy Home MT5100000 4-Pack Stomp Stone, 12 by 12-Inch, Slate
A bit darker than the photo I saw but I suspect that sunlight will lighten them over time, and that's nothing anyway. They're slate, as described. They seem sturdy too. I've driven over them and once pressed into the grass they seem fine so far. I was looking for something light, easy to install (i.e., throw down and stomp into the ground) and these fit the bill. They look great (i.e., like stone without being stone). No problems whatsoever to report.

Nice looking
Even though they are plastic and not real slate, they have a good slate look. Very easy to install and make a fine patio border. And fun to stomp on them.

12 x 12 Stomp Stones Review
Made of nice material, light weight, the color was darker than expected, there should be long spikes for stomping/pressing stones into the ground. All it is is edging underneath, should be longer, sharper and spikes in the middle under the stones as well in order for it to go down into ground better and stay. You really have to use alot of water to get your ground very soft in order to stomp it down enough. I suggest wait for a really good rain, It takes a while to get it in, if not down good it pops back up. Not as easy as it should be.

Anchors well in mulched area
There was an area between my neighbor and I, that due to a large tree, resulted in tree roots surfacing to the top of the ground making it impossible to grow grass - it is at the border of our yards meet and is used as a pathway between our homes. I extended a flower bed by raising the area with landscape tiles and filled in with mulch. I wanted to place stepping stones to designate that this was indeed a walkway. Slate was the original thought, but too expensive. Research brought these to my attention. Read the reviews, some were---Not that easy to install, did not anchor well, sagged when stepping on them. Gave them a chance anyway. Since they were to lay in mulch, I placed them, swiveled them back and forth until the blocked webbing underneath was filled with mulch. They do not move or sag and have stayed in place while giving neat access to both our properties.

For Garden Paths
I have bought many of these over the years to use to make pathways between garden plots. They last forever and don't break like cement ones sometimes do. My only problem with them is that the price has increased significantly.

Stomping on pavers didn't set them
These pavers do not go into the ground by stomping them. The company doing my yard work had to shovel the grass to the soil, place the paver, and bang down with a shovel to try to set them as best we could. Didn't work as advertised! I purchased 3 packs and felt I could've spent on a better product. Pavers are hollowed out and I feared they might crack. If your grass or soil isn't soft this will not work for you.

Easy to install and very sturdy.
I have had these installed for about three years now. They are fantastic. I just dropped them on the grass, stomped on them, and they have stayed put. In mulch, I waited for a good rain and stomped them into the mud. So much easier on my feet than the concrete pavers I have. I weed wack them, mow over them, and walk on them constantly without a single issue. As they age, they look like slate. They have not warped or become brittle in the sun.
