Scope is decent but the light on the scope doesn't match what is pictured. Contacted seller and they weren't much help. I just want to exchange the light for what was pictured and they wouldn't do it.

For the price, this is and excellent microscope! I wished the assembly instructions were more clear, but I got it together in maybe 20 min and the camera working in about 20 min more (after realizing I had forgot to remove a black cap inside the camera mount...). The scope has great optics, while the camera is OK, but not amazing - after all, our eyes are a lot better at stereo than a single lens digital camera. The depth of field is not great for the camera at higher magnifications, but that is to be expected. Note - the LED lights are bluish, so I add a more yellowish light to get a softer, more natural light on my specimens. Highly recommended for an affordable scope!
