How does this one compare to the "plastic" version made by the same company?

It is made of aluminum alloy and is heavier than the plastic infinity cube however the dimension is the same. It is targeted to adult fidgeters for their stress relief and OT. It is also a neat desk top decor.

When will i get my product delivered? ordered in august ??

Not sure. The current month is June 2021

How do I sanitize this metal toy?

Hi! You may clean the metal infinity cube by spraying it with alcohol and wiping it to dry thoroughly with a piece of clean cloth.

Q1. What kind of metal is the cube made of?

The material is a mix of aluminum and steel, I think. HOWEVER...it is NOT solid. Each cube compartment seems to be made of a sheet of metal folded into the shape of a cube. As such, it's a lot noisier than it should be. And, it doesn't have that solid "heft" I was hoping for. I wish the piece was made entirely of machined aluminum. It's just hard to tell from the photos and reviews.
